A hot box is a way of waxing your skis or snowboards for 3-4 hours at a time. It is a way for people passionate about skiing to get the best wax job they can on their skis or snowboards. A hot box works by creating a large oven that at a low heat for a long period of time. By doing this you allow for your skis to become more porous and allows the wax to penetrate the skis and snowboard much better. Instead of having to constantly wax your skis and snowboards throughout the season a hot box allows your skis or snowboards to only need to be waxed 3-4 times a season. The best skis and snowboards for hot boxing are passionate skiers and snowboarders, as well as people who have brand new ski and snowboard equipment.

- Once cooled completely, scrape and brushed.
